Brandon Gill

CO-FOUNDER

As a Colorado Native, I was raised and have spent the majority of my life in the South Denver Metro area. My father was and still is a prominent builder and brought me on construction sites at a very early age. If I was not in school than I was working in the field on large scale construction projects for him.

It was early in my life that I established a strong work ethic and I spawned my own career in real estate after college at the age of 21. I became a production real estate broker selling over 100 homes and earning some of the highest designations in the industry for Short Sales and Foreclosures. I also received the 5-Star Professional Award for 2013 and 2014, which made my mother proud! She is the one that I attribute my infectious personality for people.

My motivation is and will always be to win; win situations for all involved. My business partner and I created Urban Land Acquisitions in late 2013 as a result of the lack of inventory and high demand for urban housing in the Denver real estate community.

Our focus is high density parcels for duplex and town-home development projects. We encompass the belief that creativity and real estate are a joint venture and there is no project outside the realm of our possibility.

A passion for working with minority youth and a general love for people is what personally drives me. As a former licensed realtor for Keller Williams Downtown with 8 years tenure specializing in rentals, renovations, and investor representation; as well as Principal Partner for Colorado’s Home Buyers.

I transitioned from that successful brokerage practice – without hesitation – in order to start Urban Land Acquisitions llc and haven’t looked back since!

New development is my passion and I sincerely want to be a part of the fast-paced growth of Denver and the surrounding cities. My best quality is my ability to create win/win solutions for both buyer and seller.
